Bharat Patel

Founder & Chairman

Bharat Patel is a seasoned hospitality owner, operator, and developer with decades of experience across independent and branded hotel assets. After immigrating to the United States in 1974, he built his career from the ground up—beginning with a 12-room independent property and steadily expanding into franchised development, asset repositioning, and long-term portfolio growth. In 2007, he founded Latitude Management Inc., consolidating his operations under a centralized management platform focused on disciplined execution and sustainable performance.

Over the years, Bharat has developed and operated multiple properties under leading global brands, including Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Fairfield Inn & Suites with Marriott International, Hampton Inn with Hilton, and Comfort Inn with Choice Hotels International. His leadership reflects a disciplined, real estate–driven approach that combines hands-on operational expertise with strategic development insight—consistently delivering long-term value across hospitality assets.

Chief Executive Officer

Hospitality executive with more than 22 years of experience driving growth across hotel acquisitions, development, and operations. Proven track record of structuring multimillion-dollar franchise agreements, executing complex financing transactions, and delivering high-return hospitality investments.

As CEO of Latitude Management, he leads investment strategy, brand negotiations, capital structuring, and development execution—overseeing more than $100 million in architectural, engineering, and construction contracts while successfully delivering multiple new hotel openings on schedule and on budget. His portfolio includes partnerships with leading global brands such as Marriott International, Hilton International, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and Choice Hotels International.

Previously serving as Managing Partner at Evolv Hotels, he spearheaded acquisitions, negotiated long-term franchise renewals, secured third-party management contracts, and directed CMBS loan and refinancing transactions exceeding $20 million—strengthening portfolio performance and long-term asset value.

His leadership combines disciplined execution, strategic growth vision, and strong brand partnerships to consistently exceed financial and operational performance goals.
